Free construction cost estimator for Ghana

RafterEdge is a free four-step wizard that estimates the cost of building a house in Ghana. It covers 16 cities — Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, Cape Coast, Koforidua, Ho, Bolgatanga, Wa, Sunyani, Techiman, Goaso, Sefwi Wiawso, Dambai, Damongo, and Nalerigu — using city-adjusted material and labour data. You tell us the city, house type and size, finish level, and any add-ons (fence wall, gate, borehole). We return a low-to-high cost range in cedis, a phase-by-phase breakdown (foundation, lintel, shell, weatherproof, move-in), and a list of recommended next steps. Estimates are planning figures — always pad 10–15% for contingencies and confirm with at least two contractors before you break ground.
