Terms of Service — Rafteredge

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Rafteredge (https://rafteredge.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Rafteredge is owned and operated by Nzama Limited. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Rafteredge provides construction cost estimation tools, materials pricing information, floor plan analysis, and a vendor directory for the Ghana market. Our estimates are generated using publicly available data and proprietary algorithms.

3. Estimates disclaimer

All cost estimates are approximate ranges for planning purposes only. They are not quotes, bids, or guarantees of actual construction costs. Real-world costs depend on many factors including market conditions, contractor pricing, material availability, site conditions, and project scope changes. We always recommend a 15% contingency buffer. You should obtain professional quotes before committing to any construction project.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Vendor listings

Vendors listed on Rafteredge are independent businesses. We verify vendor registrations but do not guarantee the quality of their work. Nzama Limited is not a party to any agreement between you and a vendor found through our platform.

6. Payments and reports

Report downloads require a one-time payment processed through Paystack. All prices are in GHS (Ghanaian Cedi). Payments are non-refundable once a report has been generated and delivered.

7. Intellectual property

The Rafteredge name, logo, website design, estimation algorithms, and all related content are the property of Nzama Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nzama Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rafteredge, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on cost estimates provided by the platform.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
